control of travel purchasing. Tendering the business is recognised
as a structured way of obtaining best value from travel suppliers.
This creates problems for many TMC's who
are challenged with having to respond to tenders in a
manner that is compelling, convincing and persuasive.
Many TMC's lack the in house resource or expertise
to respond successfully.
Many submit hastily modified templates in the time
they have available or decline to bid. The result is
often poor quality bid submissions or a wasted sales
opportunity.
